The Geffen Consulting Two-day Executive Team Offsite is a Jump-Start of a journey to transform the way a team operates. It is an opportunity for a leadership team to address their must win battles together, to improve their team’s partnership and alignment, and to decide on immediate actions to drive transformation.
This meaningful and interactive session will draw upon the concepts of Geffen’s Active Partnership approach.
Facilitated by our senior consultants, a leadership team will:
- Agree on the expectations and challenges in building and maintaining a unified team
- Agree on their Must-Win battles as a team
- Gain clarity on their unique roles, functional role and non-functional team member role
- Build trust and open communication in the team
- Discuss the critical decisions that must be made as a team
- Identify a roadmap for the team to ensure a successful accomplishment of Must Win Battles
- Come out with an agreement around norms of behavior to uphold in the team
Exercises and activities are designed based on the business issues at hand, so they never feel theoretical or out-of-touch.
